Matching a part
What should you bring to match a vacuum part?
Vac Shack can check a replacement against your old part, complete model label, or vacuum at the Festus shop. Bring a clear photo of the label and connection if you cannot bring the machine. Similar models can use different bag collars, belt sizes, filter shapes, and hose ends.
If you are unsure which part has failed, bring the vacuum for a free in-store repair estimate. We can inspect it before you buy a replacement component.

Include the full brand and model information, including letters, suffixes, and series numbers. Check the back, underside, base, or area near the power cord.
Keep the old part
Bring the bag collar, filter, belt, hose end, fitting, or broken part when safe to do so. A photo of its connection can help if it is still attached.
Call about availability
Tell us the model and item you need. We can check stock or discuss ordering. If the fit is still uncertain, ask whether to bring the whole vacuum.
