Do you service my central vacuum brand?
Vac Shack services all central vacuum brands, including Beam, VACUFLO, and MD. Older systems are welcome. If you are unsure what you have, call with the brand and model from the power unit’s label so Evan can discuss the service you need.
Are repair estimates free?
Vac Shack offers free estimates on in-store repairs. Bring your portable vacuum to the Festus shop so we can assess it and discuss repair or replacement. For a central vacuum system in your home, call to arrange service and ask about the visit.
What should I bring when I need a part?
Bring the old bag, belt, filter, or part, plus the vacuum’s model number. A clear photo of the model label helps. Call before visiting if you need a specific item.
