Good to know

What determines the right commercial central vacuum?

Vac Shack assesses the facility layout, material collected, cleaning zones, hose reach, run time, and equipment access before recommending a commercial system. We provide installation and service across the St. Louis area. Hazardous dust requires a separate safety review and appropriate equipment.

Ongoing service

Keep the equipment within reach

A built-in system needs access for emptying the container, changing bags or filters, and checking hoses and inlets. We include that access in installation planning.

For an existing system, call with the brand, model, and problem. We service power units, controls, tubing, hoses, and inlets, including replacement dustpan inlets.

  • Collection container and filter access
  • Hose and inlet condition
  • Tubing leaks or blockages
  • Power-unit and control faults
