Identify your unit

A label and a description help us get started

If the label is missing, compare your unit with our equipment photos or call and describe it.

01

Find the model label

Photograph or write down the brand and complete model number on the power unit.

02

Describe the problem

Mention weak suction, unusual noise, a damaged hose or inlet, or a unit that will not start.

03

Discuss the service

We can talk through a house call, parts, or replacement options for your system.

Older equipment

The model is the starting point

A label helps us find parts, but suction and operation also depend on the hose, inlets, controls, and tubing throughout your home.

We check those components before recommending work. Some original parts for discontinued models are unavailable; a compatible repair or replacement may still be possible.

  • Power-unit model and collection type
  • Inlet seals and controls
  • Hose condition and airflow
  • Tubing leaks and blockages
  • Replacement-part compatibility
